ARMREVOLUTION will not pass on your personal information to anyone else without asking you first.

We do, from time to time, share personal identifying information with other entities owned by or under common ownership with ARMREVOLUTION. Unless we tell you otherwise at the time you provide information to us, we disclose only in aggregate form our statistical analyses or demographics of users to unaffiliated third parties, such as advertisers or other business partners, unless you give us permission to share additional information. In some instances, we operate shared web sites with businesses affiliated with us. PLEASE BE AWARE that when you voluntarily disclose personal information (such as your name, e-mail address) in chat areas or bulletin boards to third parties, that information may be collected by others outside our control and may result in unsolicited messages from others.
d) Accuracy of Your Information

These privacy policies are effective as of 12th October 2009. We reserve the right to change this policy at any time, and will post any changes to this policy as soon as they go into effect.
e) Security of Information
You should understand that no data is entirely safe from unauthorised use or access. The security of your information, however, is very important to us. We store, process and maintain personal information submitted by users so that, as much as is reasonably possible, that information is secure. When collecting credit card information for online purchases, we offer secured-server transactions that encrypt your information in transit to thwart someone from intercepting it and misusing it. When we collect other information from our users, it is stored in an area to which the general public is not given access. We cannot absolutely guaranty, however, that we will not be the victim of attempts by others to unlawfully gain access to our data systems. f) Children
ARMREVOLUTION does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under 18 years old through its website. ARMREVOLUTION does not currently allow children under 18 to register with or participate on the site. However, if the parent or guardian of a child under 18 believes that the child has provided us with personally identifiable information, the parent or guardian of that child should contact us if they want this information deleted from our files. If ARMREVOLUTION obtains knowledge that it has personally identifiable information about a child under 18 in retrievable form in its files, we will delete that information from our existing files. In addition, anyone under 18 years old should seek their parent’s or guardian’s permission prior to using or disclosing any personal information on this site.
2. Returns Policy
Our mission at ARMREVOLUTION is to take product and service experience to a whole new level. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your product, we will gladly accept your return of unworn or defective merchandise for a full refund of the original purchase price within 45 days of purchase. In addition to the product, returned merchandise must also include complete packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless it is deemed defective. We stand by a two-year warranty period and if any product is deemed defective, we will gladly replace it with a brand new product of identical or like nature.
Returns may be requested by e-mailing ARMREVOLUTION at info@armrevolution.com or by calling ARMREVOLUTION at our headquarters in London or at our office in New York City. One of our account managers will take your information and prepare for your return.
You can then mail the product to us at the addresses listed at the bottom of this message. Please include either your original receipt or a signed letter with your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and date of purchase (or date of receipt if it was a gift). Please also include on either document the reason for return and whether you wish to exchange the product for the same design, credit the price toward another ARMREVOLUTION purchase, or receive a refund of the original purchase price. Enclose your document with the item in its original packaging and ship, prepaid and insured.
All returns will be processed within 3 to 6 weeks. Refunds for purchases made with an American Express card on the ARMREVOLUTION UK Site will be sent by company check in the amount of the price listed on the ARMREVOLUTION UK Site. Shipping charges for items deemed defective will be refunded or credited towards another purchase upon receiving the receipt for the shipping charges incurred.
Please note: When a gift is returned, ARMREVOLUTION will either exchange the product for the same design or provide credit in the amount of the original purchase price to be used towards another ARMREVOLUTION product.

3. Shipping Policy
a) Order Processing
Once received, your order will be processed within one (1) business day of receipt of the order. Orders received after 5pm (local time in London or New York) will be considered part of the next business day's received orders. You will be notified by e-mail when your order has shipped and will be given tracking number information for the shipment of your order. Online, you can always check on the status of your order by logging into your ARMREVOLUTION account and checking Order History to review your current order. ARMREVOLUTION ships through Royal Mail for deliveries within United Kingdom, FedEx for deliveries within United States and DHL for all other countries.
b) United Kingdom Delivery
i) Standard Delivery
ARMREVOLUTION’s standard delivery service within the United Kingdom is Next Day service with the Royal Mail. Delivery times are not guaranteed by ARMREVOLUTION, but rather are provided as an approximation based on our carrier’s service. Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays.
c) United States Delivery
i) Standard Delivery
Unless an expedited service is requested, your order will be charged the standard delivery rate and should arrive in approximately 5-7 business days after shipping. Delivery times are not guaranteed, but our best approximation based on our carrier. Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays. Cost of shipment will be assessed and charged based on the shipping address provided at the time of the order.
ii) Two-Day Delivery
If requested, your order will be charged the standard 2-day rate and your order should arrive in 2 business days after shipping. Please, again, note that orders will be processed within 1 business day. Therefore, orders placed after business hours on Thursdays (as these orders will be considered part of Friday’s business day orders) or at any time on Fridays will not be processed and shipped until Monday and should arrive in 2 business days after shipping. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery. Some postal/zip codes are not available for this service. Delivery times are not guaranteed, but our best approximation based on our carrier. Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays. iii) Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam Deliveries
Your order should arrive in approximately 7 to 10 business days from time of shipment. Additional costs related to delivery to these areas will be at the client's expense and will be discussed with client prior to shipment.
d) Europe, Rest of the World, China Delivery

e) Taxes and Delivery Duties
i) United Kingdom and European Union deliveries
Orders delivered within the UK and European Union will be charged UK VAT.
ii) United States deliveries
Orders delivered within the USA, sale tax will only be charged on orders shipped to New York State. No other tax or import duty will be applied to orders within the USA.
iii) Rest of the World and China deliveries
For orders delivered to all other countries, you will be liable for any applicable sale taxes and duties that may be charged by your local customs authorities. Please note, all customs related local taxes are the customer’s responsibility. ARMREVOLUTION is not responsible for reporting or paying additional local taxes.
f) Additional Addresses
At this time, additional shipping addresses are not available online, however items ordered together may be delivered separately by noting (in the Special Instructions area of your online order before you check out) that you would like to ship to multiple addresses in addition to calling us at +44 (0) 207 247 3688 after you have placed your order so that we may take note of the additional addresses for shipment. After further processing, shipping fees will be charged for each individual destination and added to the overall order total, which will be approved by you before completion. The amended order will be e-mailed after it has been processed and posted online.
g) Delivery to Post Office Boxes
At this time, delivery to post office boxes is not available.
h) Miscellaneous
Shipping charges for an order are not refundable. If you request to change the destination address of a shipment in route, an additional charge may be assessed for that new destination.

References to "we", "us" or "our" throughout www.armrevolution.com ("the Website") are to ARMREVOLUTION Ltd (for the ARMREVOLUTION UK, EUROPE, REST OF THE WORLD and CHINA Websites) and to ARMREVOLUTION Inc. (for the ARMREVOLUTION US Website). The use of the Website and the purchase of any goods ("Goods") from the Website is governed by these terms and conditions ("Terms"). There is no charge imposed by us for accessing the Website but you must pay the cost of the communications link you use to visit the Website. Access to the Website may be suspended, restricted or terminated at any time. We reserve the right to modify these Terms from time to time by updating this posting, with the revised Terms taking effect for all users as of the date stated on the posting. Consequently, you should consult the Terms regularly.

j) General Provisions
Unless otherwise specified, the information and materials in the Website are presented solely for the purpose of promoting the products and services of ARMREVOLUTION. ARMREVOLUTION makes no representation that ARMREVOLUTION’s material is appropriate or available for use in every country of the world. You may use this Website at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws, keeping in mind that access to ARMREVOLUTION’s material may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries.
