Different people. Different conversations. Different results.

We don’t want all of our consultants to be—or think—the same, and we suspect you don’t either. The results we deliver at Bridge Partners come from our differences as often as from the experience and insight we share. And our clients, from manufacturers to retailers to technology pioneers and beyond, have seen what that really can mean.

What's the most exciting project you've been on at Bridge Partners? I was deeply involved in crafting the Global Training and Support Framework for the MNA PAM Community. One result was implementing an annual four day Training and Summit. We developed tailored, targetted, scenario-based, hands-on training for an audience of 150 members of the global MNA PAM Community,  ultimately developing four days of content that sent the MNA PAMs with skills that would immediately positively impact local measures of success.

What drives you in your career? Subsidiary teams are often asking for more training, information, support and coaching as they deliver on Microsoft's ambitious and essential global sales goals. I love developing and delivering those tools that help these international teams execute more efficiently and effectively.

What do you do when you're not at work? I love a good bike ride and bad science fiction.

What is your funcitonal, business, industry or client expertise/experience? I have considerable experience in Finance, Research Science and Project Management, and an MBA in Global Business.  I studied Neurobiology and Art at Brown University, and apply those skills in new creative ways to every project and client need.

What's the most interesting place you've visited and why? I've been to many places, all over the world...met many wonderful and fascinating people, had adventures and been inspired… and home is still my favorite place of them all.

What's the most exciting project you've been on at Bridge Partners? For my first assignment with Bridge Partners, I had the pleasure of working on a small part of the the Live Meeting - Product wind down, as Live Meeting is being phased out. I was able to work with a really smart, and got to learn new processes, and the deep level of intergroup cooperation that is needed for product development and produce wrap up.

What drives you in your career? I really love working with the technical side of things, whether it is marketing for a technical type product or working as a program manager in deployments.

What do you do when you're not at work? When not working, I enjoy practicing yoga, reading, and spending time with my friends and family.

What's the most interesting place you've visited and why? When I was growing up, my parents took the family on trips all over the continental US and Canada. My favorite spot is a tie, between Lake Louise, in Alberta, Canada and Acadia National Park, in Bar Harbour, Maine. Two of the most beautiful places on earth, truly.

What is the best food you've ever eaten? I love food and wine, so picking my favorite is a challenge. But, the meal that comes to mind over and over again is a dish I had a Delmonico's, at the Venetian in Vegas. It was Filet Mignon medallions, in a gorgonzola cream sauce. It was amazing!

What do you do when you're not at work? I am an avid reader, accomplished cook and I love to garden -  I grow herbs and vegetables which I use freely in my cooking. A former caterer, cooking is still a passion and I love the alchemy that happens when you take a handful of ingredients and turn them into a dish of something delicious. I spend as much time as possible at wild and beautiful beaches and with my family.

What's the most interesting place you've visited and why? I have traveled a great deal but by far the most interesting place was Australia. It is a country of contrasts with highly sophisticated cities, beautiful beaches and the untouched, deeply timeless outback. I spent time at my cousin's sheep ranch and was delighted by the flocks of wild parrots and the casual sighting if kangaroos and other uniquely Australian animals. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

How did you get into consulting and what do you enjoy most about consulting? After my last full-time corporate job, I decided to try my hand at consulting and found it suits my personality and working style.  I really enjoy the variety in both projects I've worked on as well as the different companies and people I've worked with.  It's always interesting, challenging and rewarding.

What is your functional, business, industry or client expertise/experience? I have deep experience in marketing for high tech companies and I continue to find it fascinating as marketing constantly changes and maps directly to what is happening in the overall culture as well as in the business environment. Some of my clients: Intel, Hewlett Packard, T-Mobile, Getty Images, Fluke Corporation, Autodesk, Adobe, Sierra Online and NetMotion Wireless.

What is something that you want to accomplish over the next 30 years? I would like to see more of America. I have had the good fortune to travel to many places internationally and loved those experiences but now I want to see more of our own amazing country.

What's the most exciting project you've been on at Bridge Partners? The most exciting (and also first) project I've worked on at Bridge Partners has been acting as the Lead Project Manager for design and development of the Services Sales Manager (SSM) Dashboard. This effort culminated in the first time that Sales Managers have had their quota, attainment, pipeline, and forecast all in one place.  Officially launching in December, the dashboard has been well received by the field.

What drives you in your career? I find myself most fulfilled when I can lead a team made up of individuals from across organizations to deliver something that will drive improvements in how people spend their time.  I often lose track of time when I am diving into data or defining a complex process.

What do you do when you're not at work? When I am not at work, you can often find me spending time with my family, building,  or remodeling, or fixing something, or on the go with my camera, capturing memories (I have become known as the "documentarian" in some circles).

How did you get into consulting and what do you enjoy most about consulting? When I was considering my next career move, I realized that the type of work I enjoy most (and had been doing already in an unofficial capacity) is business consulting.  What I most enjoy about my role is working with others, adding the right amount of structure and process, and learning about new businesses.

What is something that you want to accomplish over the next 30 years? I have never been to Europe and would love to spend several weeks with my family getting to know the places I've only heard about or seen on the screen. It's important for me to get to know the people and culture in each area, as well, which often gets overlooked in a "whirlwind" tour.
