Different people. Different conversations. Different results.
We don’t want all of our consultants to be—or think—the same, and we suspect you don’t either. The results we deliver at Bridge Partners come from our differences as often as from the experience and insight we share. And our clients, from manufacturers to retailers to technology pioneers and beyond, have seen what that really can mean.

What's the most exciting project you've been on at Bridge Partners? The most exciting (and also first) project I've worked on at Bridge Partners has been acting as the Lead Project Manager for design and development of the Services Sales Manager (SSM) Dashboard. This effort culminated in the first time that Sales Managers have had their quota, attainment, pipeline, and forecast all in one place. Officially launching in December, the dashboard has been well received by the field.
What drives you in your career? I find myself most fulfilled when I can lead a team made up of individuals from across organizations to deliver something that will drive improvements in how people spend their time. I often lose track of time when I am diving into data or defining a complex process.
What do you do when you're not at work? When I am not at work, you can often find me spending time with my family, building, or remodeling, or fixing something, or on the go with my camera, capturing memories (I have become known as the "documentarian" in some circles).
How did you get into consulting and what do you enjoy most about consulting? When I was considering my next career move, I realized that the type of work I enjoy most (and had been doing already in an unofficial capacity) is business consulting. What I most enjoy about my role is working with others, adding the right amount of structure and process, and learning about new businesses.
What is something that you want to accomplish over the next 30 years? I have never been to Europe and would love to spend several weeks with my family getting to know the places I've only heard about or seen on the screen. It's important for me to get to know the people and culture in each area, as well, which often gets overlooked in a "whirlwind" tour.
