Different people. Different conversations. Different results.

We don’t want all of our consultants to be—or think—the same, and we suspect you don’t either. The results we deliver at Bridge Partners come from our differences as often as from the experience and insight we share. And our clients, from manufacturers to retailers to technology pioneers and beyond, have seen what that really can mean.

How did you get into consulting and what do you enjoy most about consulting? I met Rich, Todd and Tania when I was evaluating a career change. It was a very easy decision to join this particular firm. I identify with the vision, our collaborative approach and respect for clients and consultants. There is nothing better than a great team and we get to assemble great teams with our clients to solve a business problem. Then we get to move on to the next one. Variety, high energy, intellectual engagement and professional polish. I love Bridge Partners!

What is your funcitonal, business, industry or client expertise/experience? My career experience spans all aspects of high tech sales: hardware, software and services, enterprise systems and cloud. I have enjoyed working for IBM, Microsoft and Siebel Systems as a first and second line manager.  I have industry expertise in Healthcare, Public Sector, High Tech, Financial Services, Aerospace... and Pulp and Paper.

What is the best food you've ever eaten? A fresh tomato picked on a late summer afternoon in Virginia, drizzled with fine balsamic vinager and complemented with fresh snipped dill. A Maine lobster just out of the pot on a beach, accompanied by drawn butter and fresh sea breeze. The first crisp apple of the season. Quiche Lorraine from a street vendor in Nice.

What's the most exciting project you've been on at Bridge Partners? The most exciting (and also first) project I've worked on at Bridge Partners has been acting as the Lead Project Manager for design and development of the Services Sales Manager (SSM) Dashboard. This effort culminated in the first time that Sales Managers have had their quota, attainment, pipeline, and forecast all in one place.  Officially launching in December, the dashboard has been well received by the field.

What drives you in your career? I find myself most fulfilled when I can lead a team made up of individuals from across organizations to deliver something that will drive improvements in how people spend their time.  I often lose track of time when I am diving into data or defining a complex process.

What do you do when you're not at work? When I am not at work, you can often find me spending time with my family, building,  or remodeling, or fixing something, or on the go with my camera, capturing memories (I have become known as the "documentarian" in some circles).

How did you get into consulting and what do you enjoy most about consulting? When I was considering my next career move, I realized that the type of work I enjoy most (and had been doing already in an unofficial capacity) is business consulting.  What I most enjoy about my role is working with others, adding the right amount of structure and process, and learning about new businesses.

What is something that you want to accomplish over the next 30 years? I have never been to Europe and would love to spend several weeks with my family getting to know the places I've only heard about or seen on the screen. It's important for me to get to know the people and culture in each area, as well, which often gets overlooked in a "whirlwind" tour.
